The HQ is the room for secret agents. There is another room but for people who have the Elite Force game for Nintendo DS. There is a catalogue called The FISH. There is one cheat for the catalogue which is the night vision goggles (which cost 1000 coins). To get the ninght goggles press the Secret Agent's glasses.
